If you're like me you like to experience new things, but don't always do it. You have good intentions, that new craft project, reading the newest book from your favorite author, and checking out the new park in your neighborhood. Before you know it it's the next month and oh look that new Netflix movie came out, whoa! houseplant bingo?? Are you kidding me??
How do you feel when you don't get around to doing or learning that new thing? Let's take the time to just do it! If you have to, put it on your calendar. For example, in February we did a "Love Yourself" themed box. We sent out a box filled with items to learn how to meditate, learn some simple yoga moves, and how about a bath tea?? That was new to me! For someone new to either or both of these things, it was a two-for-one learning experience for sure.
This is how to live life to the fullest. Every new thing we learn, new thing we try gives us what we didn't have before. If we keep doing the same things without adding newness to the mix our lives are not full. We are living a life but not LIVING life. Let's choose to live life to the fullest. We got this!
"“A mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions."
OLIVER WENDELL HOLMES
If you can relate I think we can help you! This is exactly what we provide for you every single month. And the best part is you never know what that experience is going to be which adds even more excitement to the mix. Do you feel like you live life to the fullest or is there more you can do? Be sure to follow this series on the benefits of new experiences.
